This pandemic has greatly affected most businesses today, including ours. We have been trying to keep it going for the past few weeks, but our resources are now short. Furthermore, we can’t meet our business demands including our employees’ pays, delivery backlogs, and monthly dues.
That’s when we decided to move our office and relocate into a smaller space to save more from our rental space. But I decided to call them directly on their mobile hotlines.
My call was instantly answered by their helpful representative who I enquired about our request for a moving quotation. She gave me options to either get it after an actual site survey of their office movers or I can just send them the details through our call or via email.
She recommends getting an actual survey of our office so they can properly assess our moving requirements and provide us with an accurate quotation for their relocation services. However, due to the current health crisis, I just sent them photos of our office items and equipment that will be moved via email.
I also included in my email other moving details such as the number of items to be relocated, as well as the quantity of carton boxes we’ll be needing to pack our things.
